  1. Forgot to include an image of mine, so here's my thoughts:
  2. In order to figure out what weapons most people think are overpowered, balanced, and underpowered, I've created an interactive tier list for you guys to rank them. https://tiermaker.com/create/pluto-op-weapons-247484 (For STG, just put the Lancer image) Please don't submit meme responses.
  3. With the quests coming out soon, more opportunites are sure to be opened up as a result. So I make a proposal for a different type of quest: Contracts. How it Works Go into the quests menu and select the "Contracts" section. From here, you may select any player in the server to put a bounty on them. Bounty rewards can be X amount of currency or a weapon. The reward is automatically deposited into the inventory of the player who kills them. [ONLY IF THE KILL IS RIGHTFUL]
  4. Unique Weapons Gauss Rifle Shoots exploding bullets that do initial DMG then explosion DMG. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=646754302 Blundergat Has a single bullet in the mag but one-shots up-close, after each kill movement speed is increased. https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=738364159 Time Vortex Limited modifiers, such as Greed, are not going to be obtainable forever, but it'd be nice to actually be able to obtain them in the future. Could be a currency that, when used in crafting, allows weapons to roll limited modifiers that are no longer obtainable. When directly used on a weapon it could have a 50/50 chance to either add a limited modifier or a standard one It's Rainin' Droplets A number of droplets dependent on the amount of people in a server falls from the sky. Players have 60 seconds to collect as many of them as they can. NOTICE: Droplets would not be client-side.

  13. Every day, I see players ask one another if they can test weapon damage due to the fact that there is no official way to actually check the total damage. With this project, my goal is to reduce the amount of times that this happens. Simply input the values that the calculator requests, and you shall have your actual damage. The calculator takes DOTs and Strength into consideration, as well as Cycle for DPS. The calculator can be found here: https://api.ucalc.pro/api/261952 Thanks to Meepen, Todd the Turtle Terrorist, and Refreshing FIrecum for the help.
  14. Didn't like the formatting so I decided to redo it all. Also moved the crafting guide here as it doesn't really make much sense to have a completely different post for it.
  15. I strugged to think of something for level 100, I might decide to change it if I think of something better.
  16. As of now, EXP does not have an actual use other than showing how much a weapon has been used. EXP to Level Up Total, not per level. I've created a small spreadsheet to show how much EXP each level will require. Level 100 will be displayed as MAX rather than as "Level 100." The EXP values in the later levels are very high as it should not be easy to reach max level. May decide to adjust it it's much too high, however. https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1L0z9PCCiYnW5ZIPasx5Qleo-GyVqKQ4yoLVC035aWq4/edit?usp=sharing Level Rewards Level 10: Weapon name change. Every two levels after level 10 would allow for another name change. They would not stack. Level 25: Weapon name color change. Can change it whenever you want afterward. Level 50: Weapon name effect (e.g. lightning, rainbow, sparkling, etc). Level 100: Weapon becomes personalized (Coined Deagle --> Eppen's Coined Deagle). Can be disabled. Also adds a (MAX) tag to the right of the weapon's name which can also be disabled.
  17. Rules Pluto has a set of rules that players must follow to keep order in the servers. You can find them here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1Slz30D8Mq6L2Z1h1vzJmIKFR8N12pQwKIsJI4vY_zmY Discord Server Pluto has an official Discord server that can be found here: https://discordapp.com/invite/pluto Wiki The unofficial Pluto Wiki is being ran by me. If you want any information on a specific gun or item, then I'd recommend checking it out. You can find the wiki here: https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1d_sOWEJXeP16EtmcRC6CKdZvtU3-hYJifgBvYbHd5kI You may skip this section if you've played TTT before. Trouble in Terrorist Town (TTT) is a gamemode about a group of terrorists who have Traitors among them, out to kill every other 'Innocent' terrorist. At the start of the round, one in four players is randomly selected to be a Traitor, unknown to other players who aren't Traitors themselves. Because the Traitors are in the minority, they can acquire specialized equipment to dispatch Innocents discretely. A secondary Innocent group known as the Detectives are picked once in every eight players. These players are armed with a DNA scanner, the ability to see who the player last saw and their own menu to acquire specialized equipment to find out who the Traitors are. Settting Binds There are various binds that players can set in order to easily call other players out as being a Traitor, acting suspicious, etc. As of now, there are two different methods of doing this: Go into the settings menu by pressing F1 and navigate to the binds tab. Here, you may set a specific phrase to a key. Use the console to bind radio commands to a specific key. You are going to want to first enable the console. You can find a guide on how to do that here: https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=627640216. Let's say that I want to bind "[PLAYER] is a Traitor!" to mouse5. In order to do this, I would need to go to the console and input the following command: bind mouse5 "ttt_radio traitor" Other callouts can be done using the same command except with the "ttt_radio_traitor" portion replaced. ttt_radio imwith Shows up as "I'm with _____." ttt_radio suspect Shows up as "_____ acts suspicious." ttt_radio traitor Shows up as "_____ is a Traitor!" ttt_radio innocent Shows up as "_____ is Innocent." ttt_radio see Shows up as "I see _____." ttt_radio check Shows up as "Anyone still alive?" There are many different types of items with various ways to obtain them. Obtaining Weapons Weapons are relatively simple to obtain. At the end of every round, there is a chance for you to drop a weapon of any raritysee below. There is also a chance to get an extremely rare Unique weapon from some Boxes. Primary weapons go in the top left slot of your loadout, and secondary sweapons go in the top right slot. Obtaining Models Models can only be obtained by opening various crates or by trading with other players. Please view the wiki for a list of all models and what they look like. Box - Also contains two unique weapons: Soulseeker & Demon's Promise Present - No longer obtainable, contains limited-time 2019 holiday models. Currencies Throughout the round, you may stumble across various currencies. Each currency item does something different from one another, each affecting a weapon's modifiers or doing something unique. The amount of currency that can spawn on a specific map is scaled based upon how large the map is. Getting rightful kills can also increase the amount of currencies that spawn in the next round. Currencies will not despawn until three rounds have passed. Though there is technically no "official" currency to trade with, most players will accept Magical Droplets as payment. This list does not include crates: Acidic Droplet - Rerolls prefix modifiers on an item. Arizor's Tome - Corrupts an item randomly. Weapons that are corrupted can no longer be modified. Corruptions: reroll modifiers, change weapon type, reroll the rarity, add 1-2 modifiers, or do nothing at all. Coin - Adds a page to the player's inventory. Glass Quill - Gives an item a nickname. Magical Droplet - Removes all modifiers and rolls new ones. Mara's Heart - Adds a random modifier. Mara's Mirror - Creates an unmodifiable, duplicate item. Currently not usable. Plutonic Droplet - Rerolls suffix modifiers on an item. Reflective Die - Randomizes all percentages on modifiers. Yaari's Taking - Removes a random modifier and increases the tier of another. Modifiers Modifiers are various attributes that impact what weapons do in a positive or a negative way. There are several tiers of modifiers, with Tier I being the best, Tier II the second best, etc. The number of modifiers that can be applied to a single weapon depends on its Tier, with some having a greater number than others. For a complete list of all modifiers and what they do, please visit the wiki. Non-white text signifies that whether the rarities are better or worse varies from player-to-player. In order from worst to best, the gun rarities are: Junk - Maximum of 2 modifiers. Vintage - Maximum of 3 modifiers. Powerful - Maximum of 3 modifiers. Rolls better damage modifiers, rolls damage modifiers 3x as often. Inevitable - Maximum of 3 modifiers. Always rolls Cycle I. Only obtainable from quests. Common - Maximum of 4 modifiers. Uncommon - Maximum of 4 modifiers. Rolls speed modifiers 2x as often. Stable - Maximum of 4 modifiers. Never rolls damage over time modifiers. Mystical - Maximum of 5 modifiers. Shadowy - Maximum of 5 modifiers. Rolls damage over time modifiers 2x as often. Confused - Maximum of 6 modifiers. Always rolls the lowest modifier tier possible. Rolls damage, speed, and rpm modifiers 3x as often. Other-Worldly - Maximum of 6 modifiers. Rolls damage over time modifiers 2x as often. Unique - Cannot roll modifiers. Only applies to special weapons. As a new player, you should be looking out for Common, Uncommon, and Stable weapons with modifiers that fit your playstyle. Also keep an eye out for Mystical, Shadowy, and Other-Worldly weapons, which can be worth a bit. Confused weapons are also good to find. While they may be horrible to use in-game due to the fact that modifiers can only roll the lowest tier possible, their Tier Shard can be extremely beneficial in crafting due to the fact that Confused weapons can roll a maximum of 6 modifiers. Quests may be completed for a variety of different rewards. The higher-tier the quest, the better the reward. For most quests, there is a range (meaning not a set value) of times that something must be done in order to complete it. If you would like to view all quests, how many times they have to be done, and what their rewards are, please visit the wiki. Types of Quests Hourlies - You have one hour to complete these before they expire. Complete for mediocre rewards. Dailies - You have one day to complete these before they expire. Complete for decent rewards. Weeklies - You have a full week to complete these before they expire. Complete for great rewards. If a quest is completed, there will be a timer displaying how long you must wait before another quest will be given. Want to know how to craft? Check out my crafting guide here:
  18. I intend on making more guides than just the crafting guide in the future, and having a subform specifically for them could encorage more people to make some in the future, as well as provide a way for users to easily find a guide that they're looking for.
  19. Added a newbie and advanced crafting guide, as well as some crafting Q&A.
  20. It may seem complicated at first, but after a while crafting isn't hard to get used to. Tier Shards A Tier Shard is an item that can be obtained by moving a gun into the trashcan; however, the chance of obtaining one is only 33%. The tier shard's rarity corresponds with the deconstructed weapon (e.g. deconstructing an Other-Worldly can grant you with an Other-Worldly Shard). Crafting is impossible without tier shards. In order to begin crafting, you are going to first need three tier shards of the same or different rarity. Navigate to the crafting tab of your inventory. Move a tier shard into each of the three slots at the top of the menu. Up to six different outcomes will be displayed at the bottom of the crafting menu. A random weapon with the same stats as one of the possibilites will be crafted. A currency (optional) may be added. Different currencies have different effects on crafted weapons. There is not a 100% chance for a currency to work in crafting; hence, the more currency added, the higher the chance. Up to 4 sacrifices (optional) may be added. Crafted items have a higher chance of becoming the type of weapon that correspondswith the sacrifice(s). The higher-rarity the sacrifice, the greater the percentage, up to a maximum of 95%. Click on the "Combine!" button at the bottom of the menu and a crafted weapon will appear in your inventory. An example of what the crafting menu may look like. Currency Effects in Crafting Coin - 50% more currency rewards. Magical Droplet - Droplets can roll all modifiers. Mara's Heart - Adds an extra modifier. Reflective Die - Modifiers roll better percentages. Yaari's Taking - Modifiers roll one tier lower 50% of the time. Don't deconstruct your favorite weapons/weapons you enjoy using. Don't deconstruct Mysticals, Shadowys, or Other-Worldlies unless you have something better and ABSOLUTELY know the price and the risk that you are taking. Don't use Junk, Vintage, or Powerful shards in crafting, as they can only roll a maximum of 2-3 modifiers. Don't use a Stable Shard in crafting if you like having damage over time modifiers. Don't just randomly throw currencies into the crafting menu; instead, figure out which currency effect you prefer. Get a decent primary & secondary weapon before beginning to deconstruct and craft weapons. Deconstruct Common, Uncommon, and Stable weapons if you have better items or if they have bad modifiers. Check prices of weapons in the Pluto Discord before deconstructing them if you are unsure of their value.
  21. Edited the tier list to include the Steyr AUG and Dual Berettas.
  22. Shout out to nathan for having the lowest karma on the forums.

  23. My tier lists: I will fight you if you put Miku in anything except for F.
